A working draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It describes how Architect AI handles data today.
What we hold about you
Your name and email address, which come from however you signed in; the practice you belong to and your role in it; the machines you have signed Architect AI in on; and a record of the AI work your practice has done and what it cost.
What we hold about your models
Your Revit files stay on your machine. We do not upload them and we do not keep a copy.
What does leave your machine is the part of the model a request needs — the elements, dimensions and properties involved in the thing you asked for — sent to a model provider so it can answer. We keep a record that the request happened, which model answered it and how much it used, because that is what your usage page and your bill are computed from. We do not keep the content of the request after it has been answered.
Model providers
We use third-party model providers under our own accounts. They process what we send them to produce an answer. We choose providers that do not train on data sent through their API.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your models or your work to train models. We do not share anything with other customers.
Who can see what
People in your practice can see the practice's usage according to their role. Architect AI staff can see account and usage records where support or billing requires it; access is restricted to staff accounts held separately from customer accounts, and administrative actions are recorded.
How long we keep it
Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need them for accounting. Membership records are kept after somebody leaves a practice, because knowing who had access to a project at a given time is part of what an audit trail is for.
Your choices
You can sign a machine out from your account at any time, which stops it working immediately. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to support@aarchitect-ai.com.
