Installing
Architect AI needs Revit 2025 or 2027 on Windows. Create an account, then download the installer from your account's Downloads page — it installs the desktop application and the Revit add-in together.

Architect AI is early. Documentation is being written alongside the product rather than ahead of it, so this page says what exists today.
Signing a machine in
Open Architect AI and choose Sign in. It opens your browser, you approve the machine, and it collects a token. You can sign any machine out again from Devices in your account.
Getting help
Email support@aarchitect-ai.com with what you were doing and what happened. If it involves a model, the version of Revit and whether the add-in was loaded are the two things we will ask first.
